*IMPORTANT* EGM Meeting – Tuesday 2nd Feb

It has been proposed that all three sections of “Tingley Athletic” should be merged into one “Club”. Therefore it has been decided that the proposed manager’s meeting on Tuesday 5th Feb will be replaced by an EGM when the required changes can be tabled and voted on.

When / if the merger is agreed there will only be one monthly meetings for ALL sections of “The Club” and there will only be one person required for each of the following roles : Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer.

Therefore we would like to invite nominations for each of these roles. Each nomination needs a proposer (which can be yourself) and a seconder and must be communicated to MARK REID no later than 31st Jan 2010.

Only 1 person needs to communicate the nomination to Mark by confirming the name of the person who is being nominated, who is nominating them and who is seconding their nomination plus, obviously, the role which they wish to be nominated for.

Ideally if 2 nominations are received for each role “The Club” would like to also fill the role of Vice-Chairperson, Vice-Secretary and Vice-Treasurer.

THIS IS AN OPEN MEETING AND “THE CLUB” WOULD LIKE TO SEE AS MANY PEOPLE THERE AS POSSIBLE.
