GENERAL

The Club is adamant that all players, officials and supporters act in an appropriate manner at all times whilst they are associated with the Club. To confirm this, the Club requires all players, coaches, managers and all parents and carers to sign the “Contract of Conduct”.

The manager of each age group will retain a copy of the completed contract for his/her players and their parents/carers and this information will be available for use by coaches and directors of the Club. In signing the contract the signatory agrees to be bound by the rules of the Club and is deemed to be a member of the club for the period of time until the contract expires (this will usually be 31st August).
The Club’s Board will deal with any breaches of the contract and will meet for this purpose when requested by the Secretary or Chairman. The “Code of Conduct” is available on the Club’s website.

PLAYING MEMBERS (2012/13 Season)
1. All members who are required to register as players shall pay an annual membership fee of £124. This fee can be paid in the following manner.
(i) One payment of £124 at the start of the season
(ii) Eight monthly payments of £15.50 payable from August 2012 to March 2013
All payments should be made by Standing Order the name of the player/s to be indicated.
Any fee that may cause genuine financial hardship may be waived in part at the discretion of the Board.
