Welcome to Tingley Athletic JFC ... since formation in 1974, Tingley Athletic JFC have always looked to offer the very best to the local children (both boys and girls!) so far as the provision of a safe and fun environment to play football is concerned.

We pride ourselves on the level of commitment from our coaches, officials and volunteers, and of course the kids who complete our ever growing family.

With more and more clubs appearing (and disappearing) overnight, it's important to be sure that your children can be part of an on-going organisation and no other club in the South Leeds / Wakefield area can offer that better than Tingley Athletic Junior Football Club.

Our club is one of only a few to have gained the FA Community Charter Award. Proof that we are looking to the future with a defined plan of action to continue developing standards, processes and facilities.  All our managers and coaches are fully CRB checked and appropriately qualified.

Sunday 2nd September 2007 saw the Official Grand Opening of our first permanent home "The Crescent", which became a reality thanks to the hard work of the club officials, a mammoth £664,668 grant c/o The Football Foundation, £20,000 council grant, £50,000 from Green Leeds Ltd and an estimated £90,000 from Tingley Athletic JFC's own funds !
